I'm not sure why everyone is raving about this recipe. I'm a pretty experienced cook, but the chicken ended up with a very unpleasant slimy texture and the sauce was heavy, too sweet (the ketchup was the overpowering), and muddy. It needed something to brighten it. We ate it because I didn't have anything else for dinner, but the leftovers were inedible and I ended up throwing the out. The Chili Beef with Broccoli is a better Asian recipe.
