Poaching the chicken after letting it marinate makes it delicious and moist. This truly tastes like a fresh version of chicken and broccoli from an Asian buffet. I would like a little more garlic flavor, but I will definitely make this again!
This meal is a big hit with my whole family. We don't usually have leftovers. I all so like that it is very quick and easy to make. We do skip the egg and boiling process because the family does not like it that way.

I loved the tip about making chicken tender by marinating...makes ALL the difference in the world. I love ginger but family is not fond so it is optional...and is delicious either way! I can imagine next time I would add snow peas and wll consider other veggies! Also could add more chilli for heat if you like it spicey. Easy to make and could be prepped night before.
