I made this with a few changes, and it was DELICIOUS. I used about 2 cups of broccoli and added 2 chopped stalks of bok choy, a handful of snap peas, and some chopped fresh mushrooms. I cooked up 9 oz (uncooked) of udan noodles and mixed it all together. I also cooked the chicken in the pan rather than boiling it. I made that into 6 servings and it was 8pp per serving, and delicious!
