This recipe is delicious. I would rate it 5 stars, but it is a bit labor intensive. I altered the recipe a little by adding chopped bok choy, sugar snap peas and fresh mushrooms, and I do not poach the chicken in water, but fry it in the pan with the oil/garlic/ginger. Remove that from the pan, and then cook my veggies as the recipe suggests. DELICOUS! I like to serve with Soba noodles.
