Tastes great! A little labor intense and used more prep dishes which meant more dishes than usual to clean up but it was worth it. I did not have rice wine/sherry so I used Marsala and I did not have chili sauce so on a whim I used cocktail sauce. I stirred the ginger/garlic constantly so it would not burn, once the broccoli was added, I cooked it for only3 minutes before adding the broth-so the garlic/ginger wouldn't burn. The house smelled really good too!
