Best dip ever!!!
Consider modifying with another version of this dip - use low fat Greek yogurt as a trade for all or part of the low fat sour cream. The copious amounts of vegetables in this recipe make it even yummier, because you can taste the artichokes! I don't notice a taste difference between the frozen versus fresh spinach, so I use frozen due to the reduced cost and lengthened (freezer) shelf-life. Sometimes I use garlic salt and/or minced garlic, if I don't have fresh.
