I love these muffins! I make a batch, put each muffin in a ziploc sandwich baggie then put the individual baggies into a freezer bag. I keep them in my freezer, take one out each morning, microwave for 30 seconds and breakfast is ready!

This is a GREAT recipe. You have to adjust the time. I did some at 30 minutes, it was too long. My second batch I timed for 20 minutes. Much better.
