Ingredients

  1 large banana(s), cut in to chunks and frozen   
1 serving(s) Jif peanut butter, reduced sodium natural peanut butter or taste pref   
1 serving(s) Myofusion protein powder,banana, banana, vanilla, or chocolate flavors work well   
1 cup(s) water, 1/2 cup and four cubes of ice. Increase or reduce   

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until ingredients are well blended and desired thickness is achieved. I sometimes use light vanilla soy milk instead of water at 70 calories per serving.
