1 pound(s) Green Giant® Broccoli florets, frozen, steamed
1 cup(s) cooked celery, diced
1 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), diced
4 cup(s) cooked white rice
3 cup(s) fat free shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cup(s) Campbell's 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 3 quart casserole dish. Saute onion, celery. Steam broccoli. In the casserole dish, stir veggies, rice, 1 to 2 cups of cheese and cream of chicken (or mushroom, celery; whichever you prefer) Cover with remaining cheese and bake covered, for about 45 minutes. Remove the cover to brown cheese.
Note: You can add chicken to this recipe to make a complete meal. Adding chicken will change the points plus value.
