2 cup(s) Quaker Oats Oat Bran Cereal
2 tsp Calumet Baking powder
1/2 tsp table salt
1 cup(s) fat free skim milk
2 large egg white(s)
1/3 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup(s) honey

Blend together dry ingredients in seperate bowl. Lightly whisk egg whites with skim milk. Mix with dr y ingredients just until moist. Stir in honey and applesauce. Line 12 muffin cups or spray bottoms well with no-stick cooking spray. Bake 15 - 17 minutes at 425 degrees until slightly brown. Variations: May also add 1 ripe banana or 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries. NOTE: Recipe calls for UNCOOKED Quaker Oat Bran Hot Cereal
