I made some major, major revisions to this. First, I used three tablespoons of 2% milk instead of heavy whipping cream; to me, heavy cream just seems like a counterproductive ingredient to use if you're on Weight Watchers! I also used two tablespoons of Earth Balance, which is a vegan butter, and two teaspoons of raw sugar for sweetness. And for flavor, I used two teaspoons of amaretto. It came out beautifully; I drizzled it over the WW chocolate chip cheesecake recipe.
