Ingredients

  4 cup(s) Cut Italian Beans, Drained   
  6 cup(s) mixed vegetables, Drained   
  3 cup(s) canned white corn, Drained   
  2 cup(s) canned potato(es), Drained   
  1 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), chopped   
  3 cup(s) canned diced tomatoes, use basil, oregano, and garlic seasoned tomatoes   
6 cup(s) water, OR MORE, just use your judgement.   
1/2 cup(s) canned tomato paste, Small can   
  3 1/2 pound(s) cooked 95% lean ground beef, can substitue with Ground Turkey(Drain)   

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with onion. Then add all other ingredents in large pot and add water, make sure water covers the veggies. Add browned ground beef. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 mins. Let stand for 15 min and then serve.
