Absolutely amazing! I spent a few weeks in South Africa last year, and I've been missing bobotie. This recipe was a home run flavor wise. The only change I made was added 1/2 teaspoon tumeric. As many have pointed out, it does tend to be a bit crumbly, but not unpleasantly so. It tastes great, just a bit hard to get out of the pan without taking more than the allotted portion due to the slices falling apart. Otherise, I so enjoyed this dish, it is a new favorite.
