I decided to make this after having it at a South African restaurant here in town. The restaurant version I had was more like a cottage pie. This was sort of like a meatloaf, but I think b/c this is a WW recipe and therefore had less fat and binders, it mostly fell apart rather than making a loaf. However, the flavors were great & I actually prefer the texture of the meat in this recipe to the restuarant version. It's sweet, but with deep, interesting flavors and a hit with the family!
