This is one of my favorites.
This is basically a meatloaf, but a lot sweeter and with layers of flavor. I omitted the raisens as I don't like them. I would add some heat to it next time to balance it out. I served this with cucumber relish and South African yellow rice.
Extremely tasty and flavorful. Mine did not fall apart like some of the other comments said. I had some for lunch as a lettuce wrap. Next time I will skip the eggs & milk and the baking and just serve it from a bowl with Romaine lettuce for wraps. By cutting out the milk & eggs it comes to 3 points for 8 servings or 5 points for 6 servings or 7 points for 4 servings.
