Wonderful! I added sliced mushrooms and onions and used Beef broth instead of Chicken broth for a deeper beef flavor!
Very flavorful with a nice little kick from the red pepper flakes! From start to finish, took me about 40 min. to make.
This was fantastic...Will make again and again...coating the beef in the cornstarch and then frying it makes it taste sinfull and it's NOT!!
Love this recipe! I added LOTS more veggies (carrots, onion, celery, water chestnuts) to add volume. to accommodate the extra veggies, I doubled the sauce (broth, soy sauce, cornstarch). My family LOVES it.
