I thought this was great and really easy. The only thing I plan to do next time is use a little less soy sauce. It was pretty salty.

Very good. I added some red bell peppers and red onion slices to add some flavor, but other than that followed the recipe. Even my husband liked it (after I gave him some rice) and he hates "diet food".
