I pumped up the heat to 450 and also sprinkled coarse pepper and garlic powder on the fries. They came out very crispy and had crunch, just as if they were deep fried. This will be my go-to oven fries recipe.
Love these and so does my husband. We perfer them over deep fried fries any day.
