This is a great starter recipe. Don't add any honey or sweetener. The fruit and juice is sweet enough. I also add a banana and spinach. I use greek yogurt for more protein. You can vary the fruit and juice. I use mixed berries and pineapple also. Try pineapple, apple, orange juice for different flavors, just be sure they are 100% fruit juice. This is my breakfast every morning. Using frozen fruit makes it nice and thick like a milkshake.
