this was awesome. I substituted the scallions with chopped frozen spinach added red & yellow bell peppers & fresh mushroom. It was so tasty.
I ate two servings for 7 points, and replaced the cream cheese (1 oz for 2 servings) with 14 gm Boursin cheese (if you've never had Boursin with eggs, drop everything now and immediately go eat Boursin with eggs) It was an excellent breakfast!!!
Very good! Added feta cheese very tasty.
