Deliciious! I made the entire recipie and warm up one serving each morning at work. That and a 100 calorie English Muffin and a piece of fruit and I'm set until lunch.
it was very good. I added a little garlic. And it was very good. I brought a portion to work with me and heated it up for a minute and a half in microwave. Very good.
I thought this was really yummy! I didnt have scallions so I just used diced white onion. This will become a regular on our breakfast menu!
