This was excellent! My husband & I both love this dish for Breakfast. It is very simple to make, takes a short time to make it, & is VERY flavorful. The only changes I made to this recipe were: 1. We prefer our scallions "Chopped" instead of sliced as the recipe calls for, and 2. I substituted WW Reduced Fat "Whipped" Cream Cheese Spread instead of low fat cream cheese. The whipped Cream Cheese Spread made the dish very creamy. We like this dish so much, we're having it once a week!
