This was really excellent! A little labor intensive for me, but it would be much easier next time to cook the sweet potatoes a day or two ahead, and then just pull them out to continue the recipe. The ginger-lemon-maple glaze was just right, not too gingery, not too sweet. I used real maple syrup, not maple-flavored; I don't know if that makes a difference or not. Subtle and surprisingly sophisticated, it made the dish feel very rich. I will definitely make this again!
