Delicious. We added more beans, skipped the sugar and the rice, was still great.
Has a few steps, but is a pretty basic and easy dish. Reheats well for leftovers and is easy to tweek based on preferences (more heat, more 'thai', etc.). We make it frequently!
Satisfying and flavorful, the sauce was a bit thin though.
