Delicious! But it tasted more like a stroganoff than an alfredo. Either was it was yummy! My only recommendation is to change step #4. Cut the cooking time here to only 5 minutes. The chicken has already been fully cooked. Adding an additional 30 min cooking time will only toughen the meat and waste your precious time. Remove chicken after 5 minutes (enough tme for it to have absorbed the taste from the sauce) and skip to step #6 simmer the sauce for 5 min add pasta, toss and done.
