Really very good and versatile dish you can do lots of different things with - using different peppers, more spices, or different types of pasta, for example - but it really is just great the way it is.

This was delicious. I couldn't find fire roasted crushed tomatos so I used the kind with basil and oregano then added extra oregano and black pepper while the sauce was simmering. It makes a lot of sauce so I used 12 oz. of whole wheat pasta. It was great for dinner (even my non WW husband liked it) and I can't wait to have the leftovers for a few lunches. Very tasty and filling
