I made a few changes based on other reviews. I used fresh thyme and extra paprika. I also used conrstarch to thicken the sauce. I used minced garlic and kept the chicken breasts in the pan on the stovetop instead of the oven. I made this dish with soba noodles and green beans and it was outstanding! The fresh thyme, extra paprika and extra garlic put this dish over the top. Try this recipe - you will not regret it!!
Wow! This is one of the best chicken recipes I have tried, very flavorful, moist, etc. However, the recommended baking time is way too short, this needs to be at least doubled to 20 minutes.
This was delicious! The garlic didn't cook at all :( so I couldn't mash it with a fork, but I used an immersion blender to make the sauce, and it was delicious. Served it over couscous with spinach and diced tomatoes. The sauce really made it!
Totally awesome! I did cook it in a pan on the stove and not in the oven. I chopped the garlic up before I put it in the pan and I added some vermouth. Sauce is super delish over steamed cauliflower.
