Amazingly simple and delicious without the pumpkin seeds.
Nice flavor and super simple preparation. I used toasted pine nuts in lieu of pumpkin seeds and the substition worked well, but will make again using pumpkin seeds to see which we prefer. A larger squash may need closer to 40 min cooking time.
really great. The whole family loved it! pumpkins seeds really set off the texture/flavor.
