I found this to be a very good lasagna. The only thing I changed was I halved the spinach, as I was worried it would be too much for me. I really liked the lasagna, while my fiance wasn't fond. He felt the fat free ricotta tasted like mashed potatoes, and not as flavorful as what he is used to (part skim ricotta). Next time, I will calculate the points for part-skim to please everyone. The ground chicken was a good addition! Also, because this is 3-layer, it is extremely filling!
