I have a large family and we like leftovers so I used 4 lbs of chicken to get started. I incorporated a bunch of suggestions from the reviews here like adding 2 shredded carrots, 3 T of paprika, 6 cloves of garlic and 2 T tomato paste, dash of hot pepper, and 2 large red bell peppers. After 6 hrs, I removed the chicken, blended the sauce with a stick blender, then placed chicken back in. It was great. Tasted nothing like paprikash, but it was great over rice. I call it Red Pepper Chicken.
