Awesome recipe! Used one 28 oz pkg boneless chicken thighs, followed others advice and double spices, 2 TBS of Smoked Paprika Sweet, 3 c of mushrooms, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 stalks of celery, 2 large carrots, added 1/2 c more chicken broth. To thicken sauce, took a cup and put into a skillet, turn the heat on high to thicken. Return to slow cooker. Cook 10mins or more on high. Deeeelious!!
