I made these for my husband an myself I used broun mustard and mized it with honey. It was wonderful. I don't think that I could eat anyother type of Mozzarella sticks.
I used WW string cheese that I froze for 2 hours. I rolled them in flour, dipped them in egg whites and dredged them in a panko/Parmesan cheese mix. I baked them for six minutes and broiled them for two. They were really hood
The honey mustard made the mozarella sticks way too sweet. I was disapointed and not expecting the sweet taste.
These were disgusting. Oregano and thyme just don't jive with honey mustard. Terrible. Do not waste your cheese.
