Cobb salads are usually nutrition nightmares. But swapping light and nonfat ingredients for some full fat ones, puts this diner staple back on the menu.

Very easy and filling. I forgot the swiss chz but left the pts value alone. The turkey bacon was good too. I fudged a wee bit with homemade bleu chz drsg, with plain greek yogurt. Not bad, low fat probiotic!
