Really enjoyed this recipe. But my fish came out soggy not crispy. This is a keeper but I will use panko bread crumbs or maybe cornmeal next time. I also made the tangy tarter sauce by using reduce fat mayo, hot sauce and sweet pickle relish. Very good.
Made it for supper we all loved it! cooked it on parchment paper and didn't have any problems with it sticking.
Made it without the mustard since everyone said they didn't like it so I used plain bread crumbs an used ol bay seasoning . I baked it on a rack since everyone said it stuck. It was a little mushy on top but I broiled it at the end to crisp it up. My family loved it!
The fish wasn't crispy. The breading stuck to the pan when I flipped the fish. The mustard added a tasty flavor. My reviews are based on whether they pass my husband the chef's standards. This didn't. The egg yolk creates the adhesion to the fish.
