I am not a fan of garbanzo beans--never have liked them. Knowing that they are healthy, I tried this recipe, with a couple of modifications. My church has been doing The Daniel Plan for Lent and there is a similar recipe in that book. t called for 2t olive oil, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. I am also not a fan of spicy hot food, so I omited the cayenne & added the garlic powder from this recipe. Baked at 400 degrees 45 minutes to get them crunchy. Need more flavor--double the spices!
