The flavor is great--but the next time I make them I'll add more garlic, a little kosher salt, and fresh ground pepper. Also, they didn't crunch up well after 55 minutes. I think I'll drain some of the fluid next time.
They came out all soft. Not sure if I didn't roast them long enough or if they are supposed to be like that.
Very good! I added a buch of other spices to jazz it up a bit--paprika and cumin are good additions.
Thes were easy enough to make. I used paprika and garlic powder as I do not like things too spicy. Probably should have cooked them for the full 50 minutes to make them more crunchy.
