I made this delicious recipe just as listed. It was very flavorful and satifying ... loved it!
Really great standard recipe to have around for the week I used lacinato kale instead of spinach and added butternut squash and 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds. I also squeezed a little lime in there to add some acidity.
Great tasting dish! Will definitely make again.
