SO good!! Such an easy twist on any chicken/pasta recipe... very light and that little bit of flour turns it into something special! I only used 2 tsp of flour to keep it at 0 pp so I could stick with my Simply Filling... easy to do with this recipe! :)
We love the lemon taste so to up that I used lemon pepper seasoning instead of salt and pepper and added some lemon zest to the flour. Came out great just a touch of lemon on the chicken and the broccoli. This is a main stay at our house.
Loved this. Used almond meal flour instead and only half cup of chicken broth, but turned out great. Also sauted chicken in 1-2 TBSP of lemon juice and didn't add any additional at end.
