I made these last evening for our dinner. They were GREAT! After reading most of the reviews here, I spiced up the flour really good with Mrs. Dash Southwest seasoning and garlic salt in addition to the spices that the recipe calls for. I used a combination of breadcrumbs AND Panko and the coating texture was perfect. Also I baked them at 500 degrees for 12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes. My husband and I both agreed that this one is a keeper. We both loved, loved, loved them.
