Oh dear God-- these. are. incredible. I was skeptical-- I was worried they wouldn't be crispy, or that they'd be bland...but they are perfect! I spread them out on the cutting board after cutting them into fries and sprinkled them with salt before putting them into a bag with the flour. I also cut them into THIN fries (in hopes that they'd be crispy). In the bag with the flour, I also added paprika, a little cumin and a little chili powder. And I baked them at 450 until they were crispy. YUM!
