Super Yummy and really easy to make- I actually made my fries thinner than suggested and they were super crispy. I also salted the zucchini first and let them drain for about twenty minutes before coating them.
I do not fancy zucchini, but this recipe made me change my mind. It was also a hit with my family. I will definitely make these again when I am craving fries.
I had four left from the night before.
Ate them next day for lunch was pleased that they were as tasty and crunchy as the night before.
