While it's not my favorite Weight Watchers recipe, it was definitely easy to make, very filling and great as a "Comfort Food" option. Makes for great leftovers as well. Next time I'm going to try to spice up the flavor a little bit.
My family loved this recipe. I only make homemade mac & cheese and my daughter prefers this one over the other. She says the sauce reminds her of cheesy potatoes. Did not use hot sauce and found this very creamy. I also used dry skim milk prepared as I waste it when I buy it in a.half gal./whole. Will make often.
Not a huge fan of this one. I added half of the flour due to seeing previous comments about it tasting too much like flour; the sauce thickened nicely but still tasted pretty flour-y. It was also bland despite adding all of the recommended seasoning and red pepper flakes and pepper. It was fine but not worth making again.
Was quick and easy... Also was tasty... I used what ever cheese I had around...
