These are the most tasty homemade paninis!! Lots of flavor, easy to make, and you get 2 of them!!!
My family and I really enjoyed these paninis. We added a slice of turkey and used spinach instead of arugula.
Did not like this. Possibly because I used romaine rather than argula. Also, on medium heat, the bread started to blacken well before the 2 minutes was up. May be because I used a cast iron pan. I'll try it again, but not impressed so far.
so simple, yet alot of flavor!
