This was wonderful. I changed it up a little. I added strawberries & bananas and deleted the blueberries(i dont like them) and only put 1 mango in it. I took it to a family get together and it was a big hit. Nobody knew that it was weight watchers and nobody knew that I substituted the sugar for Truvia. I will definitely make this again.
I like this fruit salad and have taken it to potlucks and my co workers have raved about it
This was very good; I used peaches in place of the mango because it's peach season here. I think my ground ginger was to old as there wasn't much ginger flavor but it didn't seem to matter. Very, very tasty and refreshing.
Delicio! Just not your common fruit salad. Made it for a b'day dinner and Everyone loved it. Mangos were a bit chewy though. Best to let them ripen a couple days b/4 making the salad. The syrup was super tastey. Easy to prepare.
