Taste Tested: I made a double batch: one with 1 tsp Tabasco and the other with 4 tsps Tabasco. The hotter was the favorite at a 80th birthday party and not too hot for those who don’t even like hot. Served and kept warm in a Crock-Pot Casserole dish from Walmart. Hot was in one end and mild in the other. I put all cheddar within the dip to avoid a crusty top. The scant leftovers will be eaten in an omelet or baked potato. Recipe requests galore.
