Very yummy! I baked mine in a tube pan and it rose to the very top. Definitely let the cake COMPLETELY cool upside down before you try to a take it out of the pan. Also, I used a serrated edge bread knife to gently "saw" the cake so it would not flatten, and that worked great. I agree that a piece of wax paper cut to fit the bottom of the pan is an excellent idea; otherwise you have a very messy, sticky pan to clean afterwards.
