Uncooked old fashioned oats

Light artificially sweetened yogurt

Frozen unsweetened mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except almonds, in a medium jar or large glass; stir, cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with almonds; serve.
